Concentration: 20 mg/mL (oil-based solution)

Vial size: 5 mL (total = 100 mg CoQ10)

Route: Deep IM injection

Clinical Rationale

CoQ10 is a key mitochondrial co-enzyme involved in ATP production, cellular energy, antioxidant protection, and cardiovascular and neuromuscular health. IM administration bypasses GI absorption limitations and is useful where oral therapy is ineffective or poorly tolerated.

  • Frequency: 1–2 times per week

Higher Support Dose

Clinical / Wellness Benefits

  • Mitochondrial energy: key electron carrier in ATP production
  • Cardiac support: improves heart function, circulation, blood pressure regulation
  • Anti-aging: reduces oxidative stress, supports cellular longevity
  • Neurological health: protects neurons, may improve cognition
  • Exercise & recovery: reduces fatigue, enhances endurance
  • Synergy: often paired with NAD+, Glutathione, Vitamin C in anti-aging / energy drips

Safety & Precautions

  • Oil-based formulation must not be given as rapid IV push — risk of embolism/irritation
  • Always dilute/emulsify in IV fluids with correct preparation (TGA-compounded product required)
  • IM administration: deep gluteal injection possible for smaller volumes (1–2 mL)
  • Side effects: rare, but may include mild nausea, headache, lightheadedness if given too quickly
