Dosage Ranges
- Standard dose: 2.5–10 mg IV (0.25–1 mL of 10 mg/mL solution)
- High-dose (hair/skin/nails protocols): 10–20 mg IV (1–2 mL)
- Infusion: Add to 250–500 mL carrier fluid (0.9% NaCl, CSL, Hartmann's)
- Time: Infuse slowly over 30–45 minutes
- Frequency: weekly to fortnightly depending on goals
